First time ordering embroided hats, online, without talking to someone. So I was a little nervous. Adding my logo to the design builder showed my logo was off center, I was worried I would end up getting off centered products. When my shipment arrived, every hat was flawless! Amazing! Okay, so I live on Canada's west coast & the shirts get shipped to me from somewhere in Vancouver (I think), and anyways - they took ONE DAY to get to me. ONE DAY. I've literally never had anything delivered that fast. Anyways, I'm just super stoked & pleasantly surprised, so THANK YOU!
This company has the most incredible customer service! We had a few issues totally on our end and they couldn't do enough to help us. I've used them a few times and tell absolutely everyone to use them aswell. Couldn't rate it higher.
