Communication is excellent so far. They do their very best to accommodate late order add-ins and answer questions about logo size & placement. The website is a bit cumbersome when you are trying to reorder previous designs that you've already ordered.

Reached out online and our rep Jason Sterling was able to help put in and accommodate our large order in LESS than a week. Shirts were made and shipped in a few days, the turnaround was incredible. The shirts came out really great, and they were able to let us specify some design requirements that the online design software had an issue processing. Jason also answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly via email, the experience was great. We'll be ordering more from them in the future.
