Do not worry if your design is placed a little too low, or not perfectly centred; we will ensure your design alignment is centred and that the placement from the seams and necklines falls within our standard print size and alignment guidelines. The design studio mock ups are not perfectly to scale. Artwork maybe printed smaller or larger then it appears on your design studio mock up. Please refer to our standard print size guide, if you need a specific print size measurement please include that size in the note section of your order.
We will also try to fix up pixelated artwork or contact you about any issues if we need.
The design studio apparel mock up colours may appear different on your device (computer, tablet, phone) then in real life. While our mock up ups are meant to be a close representation of what you will receive, colours on your screen may vary from what is received in real life.
When using the design studio we highly recommend against printing black or dark coloured inks on dark garments or printing tone on tone. While they may appear on your computer screen to contrast well, in real life, the result is often different. Some examples of this would be: printing black ink on a black shirts, printing black ink on a dark heather or charcoal shirt, printing white ink on a white shirt, and printing dark colours on navy shirts.
If items are out of stock T-Shirt Elephant reserves the right to substitute the out of stock items with items of an equal or greater value. Our customer service team, may reach out to you with details if the change is significant, but due to the nature of just in time production, we may not be able to reach out if we determine the change is to a similar color or equivalent product.

We can only embroider on certain items and we can only use simple logos (no fine lines, no fine details, no gradients, and logo size must be under 4" wide).
We offer embroidery on certain hats, polos, and jackets.
Our minimum order for embroidery is 12 items.
If you would like embroidery for an order, please include that detail in the Notes section of your order and then please email our customer service prior to placing your order or after your order is placed with your order number to confirm embroidery is possible with your logo and product selection. Embroidery on items that are not hats or toques must be confirmed with a customer service agent.
If you are re-ordering a previous order, please reach out to us once an order is placed to ensure we know you order is a re-order of a previous design and that you would like to match print colours / print sizes as close as possible. We will aim to match colours from previous orders as close as possible but please not there maybe print colour variations from order to order.
